1.    The access to the databank is afforded only to the registered users.

2.   The results of the information retrieval are in Russian. According to the request of the User, the VINITI can make an automated translation of the results of the retrieval into English with the help of the automated translation system RETRANS.

3.   The payment of all services, rendered to the User, is made by means of accept (up-front sum). The minimum amount of the initial accept includes registration fee, subscription fee for three months and the cost of not less than three hours of access to the databank. The amount of the next accepts is defined by the needs of the User.

4.  The InterTec keeps records of all consumed services and payments, and not less than once in a quarter communicates to the User the summary of the usability of the payments received. The summaries serve as the ground for mutual payments.

5.   The payments are made by means of the User issuing a payment order to the InterTec. The access the databank is accorded after the receipt of the payment (accept) to the account of the InterTec.

6.   After the amount deposited is exhausted, the InterTec has the right to stop the services on the present order, having informed the User.

7.   The validity of the access data which were not used within four sequential months, can be stopped or canceled by the decision of the InterTec without advance notice of the User. The InterTec may ask for additional payment for the restoration of the access data.

8.   In the case when the User has the justified impossibility to use the services of the Performer, due to technical reasons, independent of the User and the InterTec, the InterTec returns the User the amounts received, less the amount of payments for the services rendered to the User from the moment of an order. All the claims are admitted within one month from the date of the order.
